What is cold brew anyway?
Cold brew is coffee extracted with cold water over many hours instead of being brewed hot. It takes longer and produces a different result.
Because fewer bitter compounds and acids dissolve at low temperature, cold brew tastes milder and rounder. That is exactly why it works with carbonation and citrus.
How does the Fizz differ from the Espresso Martini?
The Espresso Martini is creamy and dense, the Cold Brew Fizz is sparkling and light. One has a nitro crema, the other has carbonation.
The can differs too: 200 ml for the Espresso Martini, 250 ml for the Fizz. The alcohol content is identical at 10.3% ABV.

How do you serve the Cold Brew Fizz?
Open the 250 ml can well chilled and pour it over ice into a tall glass, with a slice of orange or lemon if you like.
Unlike the Espresso Martini it needs no martini glass and no pause for the crema. It is the more casual of the two drinks.
When do you drink it?
During the day, in the warmth, outside. The Fizz works as an aperitif, in the park in the afternoon, at a barbecue or as a light start to the evening.

The one rule is not to top it up with anything sweet. The Fizz is deliberately lean, and extra syrups tip the balance.
Is the Cold Brew Fizz available without caffeine?
No. The only caffeine free option at the moment is the Espresso Martini Decaf with 0 mg of caffeine.

How long does the Cold Brew Fizz keep?
Unopened it keeps for a long time, stored dry at room temperature. The best before date is on every can.
